What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical information if you accept cookies.

• Enquiry and proposal forms: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Free brand audit form: your name, email address and website address.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send us when you contact us directly.
• Cookies: if you accept them, our form provider records how you use the forms on this site.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or audit you have asked for, send the newsletter if you signed up for it, and keep our website working. We do not sell personal information.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent for the newsletter and for cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time. For enquiries, we use your details because you have asked us to respond and to take steps towards working together, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

Cookies

Our enquiry forms are provided by Klaviyo, which sets cookies. Klaviyo is only loaded after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, the forms are not loaded and you can email us instead. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies such as _ga and is only loaded after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, it is not loaded. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Klaviyo provides our enquiry forms and email tools. Klaviyo is based in the United States, so information you submit through the forms may be processed there.
• Google provides Google Analytics, which collects usage information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, only if you accept cookies. Google may process this information outside the United Kingdom.
• Hostinger hosts this website and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts, Unsplash and Pexels supply fonts, images and video used on some pages. Your browser connects to them to load that content, so they receive your IP address.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. To do any of these, email info@6socialdigital.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
